My name is Angie Bourque and I love good food! I have an A.S. in Physical Education and B.S. in Nutrition. Bite Sized Nutrition was born from my passion to teach others what I have learned, not only through study, but also from my personal battle to regain my health. I was diagnosed with Lupus (SLE), an autoimmune disease in 1992. Over subsequent years, I was also diagnosed with Reynaud’s Phenomenon, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, arthritis, chronic pleurisy, endometriosis, candida overgrowth, and hypoadrenia to name a few. But through many years of study and lifestyle changes, I am nearly symptom free.
I now have the privilege of helping others regain their health through nutrition consultation, individualized diet plans, and targeted nutritional support.
I am passionate about health education and desire to share its powerful benefits with others.
